RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at seikuspace@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at seikuspace@gmail.com. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
- items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- gift cards
- sale items

EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return your item and place a new order.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
The item must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
